Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for the accounting involving rebates receivable, capital rebates and operations accounting such as, customer field services, IV, medical records and consulting
  • Responsible for all reporting associated with rebate receivable on a company-wide basis
  • Compile the data needed for the calculation of sales returns estimate
  • Complete the Month-end close process, including account reconciliation and journal entries, ensuring all records are completed accurately and timely
  • Maintain a system of controls, procedures, and forms for transactions in accordance with GAAP, including partnering with the field to ensure proper accounting of all transactions
  • Identify, develop, and implement internal controls focused on continuous improvement to drive ongoing gains in quality, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Prepare annual and quarterly audit schedules
  • Work effectively with internal and external auditors on inquiries and preparation of requests
  • Partner with other functional areas to resolve issues and support achievement of business goals
  • Responsible for additional accounting subject areas as assigned
  • Provide assistance and oversight to staff accountants as required
  • Performs other tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education/Learning Experience:

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting


Work Experience:

  • Required: Prior Accounting or related experience
  • Desired: 3-5 years’ experience in Accounting



  • Required: Knowledge of General Accounting and GAAP; strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent computer skills including Excel, Word, Access, and related accounting software; outstanding financial reporting and analytical skills; knowledge of internal and external audit requirements
  • Desired: Knowledge of SAP systems



  • Desired: CPA
