PharMerica in Vancouver is recruiting an HR Manager to lead the HR team!
The HR Manager oversees and coordinates projects and initiatives in the Human Resources Department. Performs HR Generalist functions and supervises administrative and Employee Information Coordinator staff.
Essential Functions:
- Manages HR related projects, including project plan development and administration utilizing project management tools such as project charters, RASCI Charts & Microsoft Project.
- Supervises the input and update of employee master data in HRIS systems.
- Designs and delivers reports and analysis of HRIS and vendor provided data, including organization charts.
- Helps create & develop department KPI’s & HR Dashboards.
- Coordinates exit interview reporting & provides executive over views and recommendations.
- Is responsible for designing and/or administering HR programs such as: employee orientation and employee newsletter.
- Coordinates HR related merger and acquisition activities.
- Provides HR generalist support of clients and HR Business Partners.
- Conducts or coordinates management training /orientation regarding human resource initiatives and process changes.
- Performs other tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years experience as an HR Generalist and demonstrated experience in managing projects
- Broad knowledge of HRIS and analytical reporting and knowledge of project management best practices
- Desired: PMP, PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 8 am - 5 pm.
